Residential Architecture Portfolio

A house for a private client is often the most challenging and ultimately the most rewarding design exercise that an architectural practice can embark upon. In working with our clients to produce a design for their home we recognise the personal investment that they make in creating a house for themselves and we respect the importance of their decisions.

Most clients have little experience in providing a ‘brief’ as such for an architect but they often have a clear idea of the sort of home they wish to live in. We believe that our skill in interpreting our clients’ ideas into a clear design is central to a successful outcome. As a final result, if our clients feel that they have been helped by their architect to produce a design of their own, then we consider our involvement to have been a success.

Once it has been finalised, our technical expertise and experience in building contract administration allows the design to be translated into a well-built home, on time and within the budget finally agreed.
